משלוחים מגיעים עד 12 ימי עסקים
החלפות יתבצעו עד 12 ימים מיום קבלת המשלוח איסוף ההזמנה ו3 ימים להחזרת המשלוח מקבלת המשלוח לראשונה (על החזר לא מקבלים חזרה דמי משלוח ועלות של 5% על דמי הזמנה)
אחראיות על המוצרי כסף שלנו היא ל31 יום מקבלת המוצר/רכישה במכירה פיזית. במידה והתכשיט נפגם לאחר תקופת האחראיות, ניתן לתקן את הטבעת בסטודיו ללא עלות בתיאום מראש מול .השירות לקוחות או על ידי שליח המגיע לבית לפי השלבים המצויינים למטה
במידה ותרצה/י לדייק או לשנות את מידת הטבעת שרכשת, נשמח לפגוש אותך בסטודיו שלנו
ולהתאים אותה בדיוק לך! אם לא תוכל/י להגיע אלינו, תוכל/י לשלוח את הטבעת בחזרה כדי שנבצע תיקונים בביצוע מספר שלבים פשוטים :
